Frequently Asked Questions

ASK A QUESTION
  • Why is my toilet leaking?

There are a couple of potential reasons for this issue. Firstly, a faulty inlet valve may fail to shut off properly, leading to continuous filling of the cistern. Alternatively, the outlet valve or outlet washer could be worn out, allowing water to seep from the cistern into the toilet pan. In some instances, the leakage may be so subtle and quiet that the sound of the inlet valve is barely audible.
